Vision and mission

The mutual fund industry aims to protect investors’ interests, ensure transparency and fairness, and enable investors to make informed decisions. As your distributor, we support this by explaining scheme documents and servicing your investments.

Your rights

• To receive the Scheme Information Document, Key Information Memorandum and other relevant information before investing.
• To receive allotment of units, account statements and Consolidated Account Statements within the timelines set by SEBI.
• To receive dividend (IDCW) and redemption proceeds within the timelines set by SEBI, and interest for delays as applicable.
• To be informed of changes in fundamental attributes of a scheme and to exit without exit load where applicable.
• To nominate, change your bank details, update KYC and obtain your investment information.
• To know the commission paid to your distributor.
• To have grievances redressed in a fair and time-bound manner.

Your responsibilities

• Read the scheme documents carefully and understand the risks before investing.
• Complete KYC and keep your contact details, bank details and nominations updated.
• Make payments only from your own bank account, directly to the scheme’s account. Never pay cash to anyone or into a personal account.
• Check your account statements and report discrepancies promptly.
• Never share your OTP, passwords or PINs with anyone.
• Deal only with SEBI-registered or AMFI-registered intermediaries; you can verify an ARN on the AMFI website.

Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint, follow our grievance redressal process: write to us first, then to the AMC or registrar, then to SEBI through SCORES, and finally to the SMART ODR portal for online dispute resolution.
